Lanai & Pool-Screen Cleaning
The lanai is where guests actually end up, and it's the one room nobody cleans on a schedule. Screen mesh works like a filter: it catches pollen, algae, and dust, then holds onto it until it grows into the dark streaks you can see from the pool deck. We soft-wash the screens and the cage frame at a pressure the mesh can take, clear the slider tracks, degrease and rinse the pavers, wipe down the furniture and cushion frames, and pull the cobwebs out of the corners and light fixtures. Then the sliding glass gets done on both sides.

Your lanai & pool screens checklist
The same checklist every visit. That includes the spots your Mother-in-Law checks on her way to the kitchen, and the ones she'd never admit she checked.
- Screen mesh and cage frame soft-washed, not blasted
- Mildew, algae, and pollen film cleared from panels
- Slider tracks vacuumed and scrubbed out
- Pavers or concrete degreased and rinsed
- Patio furniture, cushion frames, and railings wiped
- Cobwebs cleared from corners, fans, and light fixtures
The one room the weather gets to
Where the weather's warm, the screen enclosure is a second living room that gets none of the protection of the first. Pollen films the mesh, summer rain feeds algae in the frame corners, and one storm leaves the cage holding half the yard.
We'll price this to your home
Lanai & Pool Screens depends on the size of the job and the shape it's in, so we look at it directly rather than guess. Tell us about your place and a clear, flat number comes back fast. You approve it before anyone touches a surface. Then we clean it to the standard your Mother-in-Law would, the one where she runs a finger along the trim and finds nothing.
