Get a quote for a clean that passes her inspection.

Your quote buys one thing: a clean that holds up to the Mother-in-Law Test. A vetted crew that comes back to the same home, working a written room-by-room list, with the shower track and the baseboards done properly rather than skipped because the visit ran long. Book a quote, call, or text, and a real person prices your home.

When a home needs more than a standard clean

Your quote covers a home in normal, lived-in shape. A few homes need real extra work first: years of baked-on grease, heavy black mildew in the grout, post-party or post-construction debris, or a place that's been let go for a long time. A job like that takes hours longer, so we stop, show you the adjusted price, and wait for your okay before the crew starts. You can always say no. Nothing new ever lands on the invoice after we've left.

What your quote covers

Grout descaled, surfaces cleared, and the hard-water film wiped off the glass: the kind of clean that survives a finger run along it. That's the result your quote buys in a home that's in normal, lived-in shape. Drag the handle to compare.

Quote questions, answered straight

How does pricing work?
Tell us your home size, the type of clean, and how often you'd like us. Then book a quote online, or call or text, and a real person on your local team prices your home. Each market sets its own rates. Your quote is built on what you tell us about the home. No hidden fees, no surprises on the invoice. A home that needs heavy extra work gets a revised price you approve before we start, and nothing gets added after.
Can the price change once you see my home?
Your quote is built on what you tell us about the home. It moves when the home needs substantial extra work, like heavy buildup, post-construction or post-party debris, or a biohazard cleanup. In those cases we show you the adjusted price and get your okay before we start. Nothing extra ever shows up on the invoice after the fact.
Are your cleaners background-checked and insured?
Yes. Every cleaner is background-checked (state and federal), interviewed in person, and trained to our checklist before they ever set foot in your home. That's the same standard you'd want before you handed someone a key. M.I.L. Cleaners is fully bonded and insured, and a Certificate of Insurance is available on request.
What happens if a clean misses something?
Tell your local crew what they missed and where, with a photo if you have one. You get a real person rather than a ticket queue. The same background-checked crew is back at your address next visit, which is the part that actually fixes it — they learn your home instead of rediscovering it. And nothing holds you here: there is no contract, so if the standard stops being met you can stop booking the same week.
What's the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
A standard clean is regular upkeep of the whole home. A deep clean is a top-to-bottom reset that also covers baseboards, inside and behind appliances, descaled grout, AC vents, fans, and fixtures, which are the spots your Mother-in-Law checks when she thinks no one's watching. We require a deep clean as the first visit for new recurring clients so we start from a clean baseline.
Are there contracts? Can I cancel anytime?
No contracts, ever. You can pause, reschedule, or cancel a recurring plan anytime. We'd rather you stay because the house keeps passing than because you're locked in.

Pass the Mother-in-Law Test on the first try

The same crew every visit, working a written room-by-room list, and one bar to clear: the fan blade, the shower track, the baseboard she would run a finger along.

Bonded & Insured · No contracts, no surprise fees. The only inspector is her.
