Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this website and book a clean, including people who use a screen reader, keyboard, magnifier, or other assistive technology. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we keep working to improve it.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, the standard widely used to measure website accessibility. The site is partially conformant: most of it meets that standard, and some parts may not yet fully conform. We treat accessibility as a continuous process, not a one-time box to check.
Adjust the site to suit you
Every page has an accessibility buttonin the bottom-right corner. Open it to make text larger, turn on higher contrast, underline links, switch to an easy-reading font, or reduce motion. Your choices are saved on your device and you can reset them anytime. They work alongside your own browser and device settings, including your operating system's reduced-motion and high-contrast preferences, which we also respect automatically.
You can always reach us another way
If any part of the site is hard for you to use, you never have to use it to get our service. You can get a price, book or reschedule a clean, ask a question, or take care of anything else by phone, text, or email, and a real person will help you finish what you were trying to do.
Tell us about a problem, or get help
If you run into an accessibility barrier, or just want a hand, please contact us. We aim to reply within one business day and will help you complete whatever you were doing.
What we do
Accessibility is part of how we build and review the site. We use clear, labeled forms, full keyboard support, a visible focus outline, a skip-to-content link, captions/alt text on imagery, color contrast that meets the AA standard, and we respect a reduced-motion setting. We re-check pages as we add or change them.
Where we're still improving
We're continually working on this site. A few interactive pieces are still being refined for the best screen-reader experience, and some older images may have limited descriptions. If you hit any issue we haven't listed, please tell us. Your feedback genuinely helps us fix things faster.
How this was assessed
This statement reflects our own ongoing review of the site against WCAG 2.2 AA. We have not yet completed a formal third-party audit.
