M.I.L. Cleaners is growing into South DFW, and we’re looking for great cleaners to grow with us.

We’re hiring dependable, detail-oriented residential cleaners to serve homes throughout Grand Prairie, Arlington, Cedar Hill, Mansfield, Midlothian, Venus, and the surrounding South DFW area.

Pay: $17 per hour

At M.I.L. Cleaners, we believe there’s a difference between simply cleaning a home and leaving it truly clean.

Every visit is held to our Mother-in-Law Test — the kind of standard where the little things matter. The baseboards. The corners. The shower tracks. The fixtures. The spots most people walk right past.

What You’ll Do

As a residential cleaner, you’ll help care for customers’ homes and make sure each clean meets the M.I.L. Cleaners standard. Depending on the job, your work may include:

Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
Dusting furniture, fixtures, baseboards, and surfaces
Vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors
Cleaning sinks, mirrors, countertops, tubs, and showers
Emptying trash and completing general home-cleaning tasks
Following room-by-room cleaning checklists
Checking your work carefully before completing each home
Treating customers’ homes and belongings with care and respect

M.I.L. Cleaners handles different types of residential cleaning, including regular home cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning, so the work can vary from everyday upkeep to more detailed cleans.
