M.I.L. Cleaners is hiring reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented residential cleaners to serve homes throughout East Memphis and Germantown.

At M.I.L. Cleaners, we do not settle for a basic surface clean. Every home is cleaned according to our Mother-in-Law Test—the kind of detailed standard that checks the baseboards, shower tracks, corners, fixtures, and all the little areas that are easy to miss.

We are looking for people who take pride in doing excellent work, respect customers’ homes, and enjoy leaving every space noticeably cleaner and more comfortable.

What You’ll Do

• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
• Dust furniture, fixtures, baseboards, and other surfaces
• Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors
• Clean mirrors, sinks, countertops, tubs, and showers
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Follow room-by-room cleaning checklists
• Carefully inspect your work before completing each home
• Treat every customer, home, and belonging with respect
• Communicate professionally with customers and the M.I.L. Cleaners team

• Dependable and punctual

• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently and follow a checklist
• Comfortable performing physical cleaning work
• Reliable transportation throughout East Memphis and Germantown
• A smartphone that can receive calls, text messages, and job information

Previous professional cleaning experience is helpful, but it is not required. We care most about reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn the M.I.L. Cleaners standard.
